About us
I’m Edward Drury, originally from Southsea in the UK. My love for cooking began at 15 in a bustling seafood restaurant, and ever since, food has been at the heart of my journey.
After traveling the world, I found my home in Marlborough, where I started my beautiful family and, with them, The South Sea Catering Company. We’re a family that loves to host - amazing food, incredible wine, and brilliant people. The shared memories are what inspired me to start this business. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people come together over a meal, creating unforgettable moments - and that’s what keeps me passionate about what I do every single day.
